Yippee!!! Here are the rest of the results! Hang in there everyone.. looking forward to seeing the results on July 1st!
FINALLY!! I had gained last week and it was a great feeling to take it right back off plus two more pounds. Woo-hoo! I know our first round is coming to an end next week but I still have a ways to go and am looking forward to round 2 of our little challenge. By now, I would have completely given up! (Oh and yes it was a bit weird to type in Tami up there instead of just "ME." )
Congratulations Nate on being the biggest loser of the week the second week in a row!! The full results are below.

Yet again I had a bad week. I'm so guilty of obsessing about one area of my life and I neglect others. This week I focused so hard on my photography business and getting my website/blog updated that I completely neglected exercise and eating healthy. When I get stressed I just fall back into old habits. Unfortunately they are not good habits. I'm so disappointed with myself. I know this. I still do it. Why? Does anyone else have this problem???
So, I'm making a vow to put my health first again because really with out our health we have nothing. I went to yoga yesterday for the first time in weeks and it felt so good. I miss it and am going back for more today. If anyone else out there is feeling unmotivated don't give up!! We can do this together.

Yes I had a zero for this week. Talk about frustrating! I've been working out six days a week and eating healthy and haven't lost much of anything the past two weeks. However, I am here to encourage each one of you (if you haven't already) to measure yourself. Blake talked me into measuring ourselves on Day 1 and I am so glad he did. We measured ourselves again yesterday and I have lost a total of 9 1/2 inches. I was blown away and the best part was that 4 of those 9 1/2 inches were off of my stomach. YEssssssssssssssss! ;-) Those yoga and pilates classes are really paying off.

This week was a shock for me. I've been working out just about every day and really watching my calories. I'm not getting discouraged through because I feel so much better and I know the weight will come off eventually. My goal in doing this challenge was to feel healthier and have more energy and I'm already seeing those results. So, for those of you not seeing results on the scale please don't get down about it just keep doing what you are doing and you'll be thankful you stuck through in a month or so.
Having said that I'm putting a call out to all the ladies.... one of us needs to take the lead this next week. LOL! :-)
Have a great weekend everyone!
UPDATED RESULTS - just a couple tweaks***
If you didn't lose as much as you'd hoped please don't get discouraged there is always this next week! Plus consistency is what is most important here and making life changes. The weight will come off eventually. Good luck in the week to come!

In my spare time I've started a photography business and am having an absolutely wonderful time capturing moments for other families. It's been a dream come true really. It allows me to still stay at home and work on something I am very passionate about.
