Happy Halloween!

We had a very busy Halloween! We started the day off with a Halloween party at Andrew's preschool. They did crafts and went trick or treating to the businesses around their school. Then we came home and had mummy dogs (click here for a link to them) I didn't take any pictures - shocking, I know.

Then we carved our pumpkins and roasted the pumpkin seeds. Yummy! Then we headed off to Southlands and met some friends to go trick or treating at the shops on mainstreet. The kids had so much fun together.

Then we came home, scarfed down dinner and headed out to go trick or treating in the neighborhood. Andrew went with his little friend next door Madison. They had a blast running from one house to the next. As soon as Andrew got his candy and said thank you. He'd run up to us and say "NEXT!!!"

I don't think we could have fit anything else into our day. But, we did all have a great time and it was great to see all the kids having so much fun.

These pretty little pumpkins are about to be sacrificed for Halloween. :-)

Andrew thought he try to carve his pumpkin with a saw...

Here is what they looked like all lit up. Andrew's pumpkin is on the right next to the big one but it didn't show up in the picture. The two little pumpkins in front have Andrew's initials - AW

Here we are at Southlands, getting ready to trick or treat.
