It's a miracle

My nephew Kyle was in a serious car accident yesterday. Thank God he is okay and the other two guys in the truck are okay as well. I say thank God because the firefighters said they shouldn't have survived this crash and that it was the worst pin in they've ever seen. It's an absolute miracle they are alive.

They were driving back home from a job site and it was raining really hard and the driver went slightly off the road and couldn't get back on it because of the mud. The truck went down an embankment and hit along a medal fence and then a tree. The passenger side hit the tree and the whole dashboard and front tire folded up onto the guy in the passenger seat and that folded up onto my nephew who was in the back passenger seat. They had to use the jaws of life on both of them. Kyle was stuck for over an hour. Miraculously he only has cuts, bruises and is really sore. The person on the front passenger seat broke his hip/pelvis and was transported to a bone specialist for surgery. The driver they believe broke his shoulder but it doing okay.
It really is a miracle and I am so thankful.

I am so glad that everyone is okay, it is truly a miracle from God that these boys are here to talk about it. I met Kyle at Aunt Nellie's before, right?

We saw Dennis last night and his surgery went well. They placed a metal plate with 3 screws on each side and one large one. They will wait to see if his ball on his hip joint dies (from being out of socket for so long) if so they will have to do a total hip replacement. Kyle still can't feel his leg in one area and his arm/shoulder is still weak but overall his is doing wonderful considering, Jerryl is also doing great, his shoulder ended up being only bruised, not broken and it is sore but he is doing great. These prictures don't do it justice It appears to be a door sticking out on the passanger side but it is only the cover of the door the big metal part of the door is completely folded up. The passenger side is pushed all the way to the drivers side and all the way back. I went and saw the truck in person yesterday, it made me sick. The front passanger tire was in the back seat up. God had them in a bubble, there is no other explanation. I'll send you inside photos of the truck. It blows me away. Love you, Sis
