Summer Yum

Andrew and I had a great summer day yesterday. We made homemade watermelon pops, filled up our little pool in the backyard and then when the water was too cold in it we went to the big pool with our neighbors. You've got to try these popsicles they are so good! You could also make them red, white and blue for the 4th of July holiday (my neighbors idea)!

Could this picture be any funnier? Pink Barbie car, spiderman helmut and skull and cross bones t-shirt. LOL

Andrew played with his little neighbor friend Madison this morning. They decided to swap ride on vehicles and while I think a girl can get away with riding a quad there is just something not right about a boy in a pink convertible. Andrew could have cared less, he was playing and that's all that is important to him these days.

Wet & Messy Fun

We had so much at the Wassom's yesterday! The kids played on the slip and slide, caught bubbles, painted on a 5 feet art easel, and played in shaving cream and paint. No it wasn't anyones birthday just a fun summer day. It's days like this that make me want the time to stand still.

Father's Day 2009
